Happymodel Mobula8 O4 2S Micro FPV Whoop – HD in Miniature

You asked for it. Actually, you begged for it in the YouTube comments section of every reviewer from Nick Burns to Bardwell. "Put the O4 in a whoop," you typed, ignoring the laws of physics. Well, Happymodel actually did it. The Mobula8 O4 is an 85mm scream-machine packing the pristine, high-bitrate goodness of the DJI O4 Air Unit into a frame that weighs less than a bag of crisps. It’s 2S power, it’s digital HD, and it’s ready to make your living room look like a movie set (before you crash into the TV).

The water droplets in the photo above were added by an overzealous art director who thinks physics is optional. In reality, this drone is violently allergic to H₂O. If you get it wet, it will release the magic smoke and die immediately. Keep it dry.

Why You Want It

Because the stock DJI O4 camera has an FOV so narrow it feels like looking through a toilet roll tube. Happymodel fixed that. They’ve slapped on a custom FOV Extender and included ND Filters right in the box, widening the view to a usable 150° so you can actually see the wall you’re about to hit.

This isn't just a camera carrier; it’s a tuned freestyle ripper. With EX1103 11000KV motors and an F405 flight controller running Betaflight 4.5.1, it handles like a dream. Plus, the onboard UART ExpressLRS means your control link won't failsafe just because you flew behind a sofa. It’s the ultimate "rainy day in the UK" remedy.

Important Product Notes

The "China" Situation: Read this carefully. Per DJI's strict policy, if the O4 unit acts up, warranty claims must go back to Mainland China. We (Unmanned Tech) cannot process O4 warranty claims locally in the UK. We know, it sucks. We don't make the rules; we just sell the cool toys.

Controller Setup: If you are one of the three people using the DJI FPV Remote Controller 3, you'll need to reflash Betaflight to add "SBUS" support. Everyone else on ELRS: bind and send it.

Disclaimer

The included FOV extender is 3D printed; it works perfectly, but don't expect injection-moulded smoothness—it's function over form, just like your soldering.
