Dispatch
Orders placed by 3:00 PM UK time (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day. We don't dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
UK Delivery
- Standard: 2–3 days
- Express: 1–2 days
- Special Delivery: guaranteed next working day (order by 3:00 PM)
Royal Mail delivers Monday–Saturday; DPD and UPS deliver Monday–Friday. Only Royal Mail Special Delivery is a guaranteed next-day service.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected method. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £100 via Royal Mail — not available on orders containing LiPo batteries (see below).
Batteries
Loose lithium batteries (such as LiPo packs) ship by courier only — Royal Mail can't carry them. Orders containing batteries aren't eligible for free Royal Mail shipping; the courier options shown at checkout will apply.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, though loose batteries are restricted on some services — available options are shown at checkout. Prices for international customers exclude UK VAT; any import duties or taxes are charged by your local customs authority on arrival.
