Christmas & New Year shipping

Shopping for Christmas? Please order early, particularly for international delivery or orders containing loose batteries. Dispatch will be limited over the Christmas and New Year break, and courier collections cannot be guaranteed during that period. We’ll update this page with recommended Christmas order dates and holiday dispatch arrangements closer to the time.

Dispatch

Eligible orders containing only in-stock items and placed by 3:00 PM UK time (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day. We don't dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Backorders

Items awaiting stock aren't eligible for same-day dispatch. We'll prepare them for dispatch when stock arrives. If your order also includes in-stock items, the whole order may wait until everything is ready. If you'd prefer the available items sent first, please contact us. A second shipping fee applies to separate shipments; we'll confirm the amount before arranging one.

UK Delivery

  • Standard: 2–3 days
  • Express: 1–2 days
  • Special Delivery: guaranteed next working day for eligible in-stock orders placed by 3:00 PM

Royal Mail delivers Monday–Saturday; DPD and UPS deliver Monday–Friday. Only Royal Mail Special Delivery is a guaranteed next-day service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected method. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £100 via Royal Mail — not available on orders containing LiPo batteries (see below).

Batteries

Loose lithium batteries (such as LiPo packs) ship by courier only — Royal Mail can't carry them. Orders containing batteries aren't eligible for free Royal Mail shipping; the courier options shown at checkout will apply.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, though loose batteries are restricted on some services — available options are shown at checkout. Prices shown to international customers exclude UK VAT. For most consumer orders, applicable destination VAT and import duties are calculated and collected at checkout. Where they are not collected at checkout, the courier or customs may charge them before delivery. Your checkout total is the best guide for your order.
