This is the PDB used on the Crusader 190 and Crusader 225 quadcopters from Diatone. This board has a 5 V and 12V solder bridge to power your equipment via a DC synchronous buck regulator (95% efficiency) along with transient voltage suppressor (TVS) to protect your electronics.
