b. Please note the address in 1.2.a. cannot accept return goods. For all goods returns, please follow the process outlined in our Returns Policy.

2. What do these terms do, and why are they important?
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you place an order with us via the website. They contain important information, including how we will provide you with the goods, payment terms, delivery times, and the situations in which this contract may be amended or cancelled.
2.1. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us. No other statements, promises, or representations (including those made in support tickets or social media) form part of the contract unless agreed in writing.

4. Order Process and Contract
4.1. When you place an order, it is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a “Dispatch Confirmation” email.
4.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason prior to dispatch. If we cancel, we will refund you promptly.
5. About the goods
5.1. Descriptions or images are for illustration only. 5.2. Developer/Experimental Products: Most products are sold as “developer/experimental” items. You agree you have the required technical expertise to safely install and use them. 5.3. Third-Party Software: We are not responsible for the performance, bugs, or "bricking" caused by third-party or open-source firmware (e.g., Betaflight, ELRS, Ardupilot, EdgeTX).
6. Changes to goods
6.1. Changes may not be possible if the order has already begun processing or has been dispatched. 6.2. We may make minor technical or legal updates without notice.
7. Payment details
7.1. Prices include VAT. 7.2. Pricing Errors: We are not obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel orders arising from genuine pricing errors.
8. Delivery and collection
8.1. Before you place your order, we provide an estimate as to when we will deliver the goods. Delivery and supply times are estimates and depend on the type of order:
- One-off goods: Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order.
- Subscriptions: Goods will be provided during the times specified during the order process until the contract is cancelled.
8.2. Delays: We will contact you regarding delays outside our control. We are not responsible for such delays if we notify you promptly. If a delay continues beyond a reasonable time, you may cancel the contract and receive a refund for items not received.
8.3. Failed Delivery & Safe-Space: If no one is available to take delivery, we or the courier may choose to deliver to a "safe-space" on or immediately surrounding the property. Once delivered to a safe-space (confirmed by a note or online tracking update), the shipment is considered successfully delivered. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft subsequent to a safe-space delivery.
8.4. Re-arrangement & Storage: If a parcel cannot be left and you do not re-arrange delivery or collect it as instructed, we will contact you for instructions. We may charge you for storage costs and further delivery costs incurred. If we still cannot arrange re-delivery, we may cancel the contract and refund you, minus our reasonable costs.
9. Suspension
9.1. We may suspend supply for technical adjustments. If suspended for more than 60 days, you may cancel for a refund of items not received.
10. Responsibility and Ownership
10.1. Responsibility passes to you upon delivery or collection. 10.2. Ownership passes only upon full payment.
11. Your obligations and Prohibited Uses
11.1. You must provide accurate information. 11.2. Building/Testing: You agree you have sufficient skill to build, test, and operate the products. 11.3. You must follow all local drone/aviation regulations and laws.
11.4. In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in these terms, you are prohibited from using any products purchased from us, the site, or its content:
- (a) for any unlawful purpose;
- (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
- (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;
- (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
- (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
- (f) to submit false or misleading information;
- (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet;
- (h) to collect or track the personal information of others;
- (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;
- (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
- (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
11.5. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
12. If there is a fault with the goods (Consumers Only)
12.1. This section applies only to consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 12.2. Goods must be of satisfactory quality. If a repair/replacement fails once, you are entitled to a refund or price reduction.
12.3. Proof of Fault: You must provide photographic/video evidence. For DIY components, evidence must be provided before wiring or solder is removed. 12.4. Exclusions: Damage from drops, water, incorrect firmware flashing, or reverse polarity are not considered faults.

13. Business-to-Business (B2B) and Trade Account Terms
13.1. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply. Returns are at our sole discretion. 13.2. Fault Reporting: Faulty or damaged goods must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt.
13.3. B2B Liability Cap: Our total liability to B2B customers for any claim shall not exceed the total price paid for the specific goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any consequential/indirect loss.
13.4. Batteries: Strict 3-day inspection window. After 3 days, the sale is final.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
14.1. Service Disclaimer: We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that we may remove the service for indefinite periods or cancel it at any time without notice.
14.2. 'As Is' Basis: You expressly agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. All products and services delivered to you are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
14.3. Statutory Liability: We do not limit or exclude our liability where we are not allowed to do so by law. This includes liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence (or that of our employees), fraud, breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods, or providing defective items under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
14.4. Advice & Instructions: If we provide advice, including via instructions or manuals with the goods or on our website, you must follow these carefully. We are not liable for any damage caused by your failure to follow such advice or instructions.
14.5. B2C Use Restriction: Unless you have a trade account with us, we provide goods for private use. If you use goods for business or commercial purposes, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
14.6. Legal Compliance: We are not liable for damage caused by your failure to follow rules, laws, safety instructions, local aviation laws or drone regulations.
15. DIY and Soldered Products
15.1. Soldering or electrically modifying an item constitutes an alteration of the goods. Altered goods are ineligible for "Change of Mind" returns. 15.2. If a soldered item is faulty, your rights remain, provided you can prove the fault was not caused by the soldering process (e.g., heat damage or shorts).
16. General
16.1. This contract is under the law of England and Wales. 16.2. Any delay in exercising our rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
