BetaFPV Air75 II Brushless Whoop – 1S Indoor FPV Drone
Let’s be honest: the UK weather is miserable, and your 5-inch quad has been gathering dust since October. You need a 1S Tiny Whoop that doesn’t fly like a wet bus. Enter the BetaFPV Air75 II. It’s the successor to the Air75, now re-engineered because apparently, crashing into skirting boards at 30mph eventually breaks things. Who knew? Whether you’re a sweaty racer or a cinematic cruiser, this 75mm rig is here to save your sanity while it rains sideways outside.

Three Flavours of Fast
BetaFPV didn’t just slap a new sticker on the box; they actually tuned the propulsion for different mentalities. Choose your fighter:
- Champion Edition (28000KV): Uses dual-ball bearings because you’re going to abuse it. With a 7.1:1 thrust-to-weight ratio, this is for the pilot who drinks three Red Bulls before breakfast. It’s twitchy, angry, and fast.
- Racing Edition (25000KV): The Goldilocks zone. Brass bushings keep it light. It’s tuned for razor-sharp throttle response so you can hit gates without hitting the floor.
- Freestyle Edition (22000KV): Smooth, efficient, and flowy. Perfect for making your living room look like a distinct cinematic masterpiece rather than a crime scene.

Engineering or Witchcraft?
The new 0802 motors (dubbed the "2026 Series" because they’re living in the future) feature a 0.1mm stator core. If you don't know what that means, just know it makes the magnetic response freakishly efficient. They’ve paired this with the Gemfan 1614 3-blade props, which are arguably the best thing to happen to whoops since turtle mode.

Durability by Design (We Smashed It So You Don't Have To)
After the community (rightfully) complained that previous flight controllers snapped if you looked at them wrong, BetaFPV went full MythBusters. They crash-tested these drones into walls 20 times to test a theory: removing a specific rubber grommet actually reduces shock transfer to the FC. Science is weird.
The result is the new Matrix 5IN1 II Flight Controller. It features:
- 3-Point "Floating" Mount: Reduces crash damage by ~80%.
- 12A Continuous ESC: Overkill? Yes. Do we love it? Also yes.
- 1.0mm Thickened PCB: Because thin PCBs are for cowards.

Disclaimer
We sell the hardware, not the talent; if you buy the Champion edition and immediately embed it in your cat, that’s on you.
Still Here?
You’re reading the bottom of a product page for a tiny drone. You clearly analyse specs way too much. Just buy the Air75 II, grab a pack of LAVA batteries so you don't have to walk of shame every 2 minutes, and go rip some packs. Your house isn't going to annoy itself.
