There's a universal truth in RC flying: gravity always wins. For too long, that's meant expensive repairs or a trip to the bin for a beloved foam plane. The Xfly X1300 is the antidote. This brilliantly designed FPV platform is built around a simple, powerful idea: you should be able to fix your own plane. With 3D files available for most plastic parts, you can literally print your own replacements overnight. It's tough, stable, and ready for modern HD FPV gear. We offer it in two flavours to suit your style: the bare-bones Kit for custom builders, and the Plug-N-Play (PNP) for those who'd rather be flying than soldering.
Choose Your Adventure: Kit vs. PNP
The Kit Version is for the builders, the tinkerers, the pilots who have a box full of spare motors and a strong opinion on servo brands. You get the beautifully moulded EPO airframe and the satisfaction of bringing it to life with your own hand-picked electronics. It's your build, your rules. Want to install an overpowered motor and laugh your way to the stratosphere? Go for it. The kit is your blank canvas.
The PNP (Plug-N-Play) Version is for everyone who values airtime over bench time. We get it. You want to fly. This version arrives with a capable 2212 1400Kv brushless motor, a 40A ESC, and five punchy 9g metal gear servos already installed by the factory. The hard work is done. Just add your own radio receiver and a battery, and you can be ready for maiden in under an hour.
Features & Highlights
No matter which version you choose, you get the same incredible airframe DNA:
- Print Your Own Spares: Crash it. We dare you. Download the 3D files and your printer will have it looking new by morning.
- Rapid, No-Fuss Assembly: Clicks together in minutes. No screws or glue are needed for the main assembly.
- Cavernous Interior: The battery compartment is huge, designed for standard 4S LiPo packs or chunky 21700 Li-Ion cells for flight times that will outlast your attention span.
- FPV-Ready Platform: A dedicated, raised mount on the hatch is perfect for installing a DJI O4 Air Unit or Walksnail Moonlight system for crystal-clear HD video.
- Stable & Forgiving: The 1300mm high-wing design makes it an incredibly stable flier, and it's a breeze to hand launch. You can even add optional landing gear for ground take-offs.
- Expandable Design: The wings have reserved positions to add your own flaps for slow-speed landings and enhanced control.
