Jumper T15 Pro: Premium Hardware, Poverty Spec RF
Share
Jumper made the T15 Pro, a radio transmitter that looks fantastic on paper. It has all the flashy bits—H7 processor, colour touchscreen, and enough RGB LEDs to make a teenager proud. It even feels nice with its partly-metal 'CNC' gimbals and substantial weight. They did a good job making the hardware feel premium. Good for them.
Then you look closer. This radio is stuck on older SX128 series tech, meaning it's single-band only. You get to choose 2.4GHz or 900MHz when you buy it, and you're stuck with it. To make matters slightly worse, if yours boots in Chinese, you don't just 'change the settings'—you have to reflash the entire firmware. Charming.
Here’s the problem: Jumper wants you to pay premium prices for this single-band setup. At this price point, you should expect dual-band flexibility, which this completely lacks. It’s a well-engineered piece of hardware that fails basic value math. You can read the full, depressing details over at the original post.
