Détails du produit

RFD900ux Multi-Interface Pixhawk Cable (150mm)

So, you bought a telemetry modem that costs more than your first car, and now you’re staring at a connector smaller than your patience for slow shipping. Welcome to the world of RFDesign. This cable is the missing link between your RFD900ux (or 868ux) and the outside world. It’s 150mm of pure copper salvation designed to stop you from soldering things you really shouldn't be touching.

Why You Want It

Aside from the fact that your drone literally won't work without it? This cable is a Swiss Army knife for your Pixhawk setup. It takes that tiny JST-GH 10-way connector and breaks it out into everything you actually need. Our SEO manager insists I mention that this is the best long-range telemetry cable for FPV UK pilots, but honestly, it's just a really well-made wire that prevents you from blowing up your gear. You're welcome.

Specs

  • Length: 150mm (Enough to reach, not enough to get tangled in your props)
  • Weight: 4g (Even your ultralight build won't notice)
  • Connector A: JST-GH 10-way (For the modem)
  • Connector B: 6-way Pixhawk Telem interface
  • Additional Outs: 2-pin External Power & 3-pin PPM/SBUS Out
  • Manufacturer: RFDesign (The people who know more about radio than you do)

In the Box

  • 1x RFD900ux Multi Cable (150mm)
  • Zero excuses for bad wiring

Compatibility

This cable is strictly for the RFD900ux and RFD868ux series. If you try to force this into a standard RFD900u, you’re going to have a bad time. It’s designed specifically for the Pixhawk 2 (The Orange/Blue/Whatever Cube) carrier board.

Highlights

  • Safety First: Features physical arrows on the connector so even you can’t plug it in backwards (hopefully).
  • External Power Support: Because relying on your FC for 5V is a risky game of Russian Roulette.
  • Lightweight: At 4g, it weighs less than the average lie told on a first date.

Notes

Look at the arrows. No, really. Look at the arrows on the top left-hand corner of the cable. They indicate which side faces up. If you ignore them and jam it in anyway, you will smell the expensive scent of magic smoke, and we will laugh (privately) while you buy another modem.

Disclaimer

Reverse polarity is a choice. A bad one. We are not responsible for your modem becoming a tiny, expensive brick.

Still Here?

You’re either a spec-nerd or our web crawler. If you're the former, just buy the RFD900ux Pixhawk cable already. Your Ardupilot setup is waiting. If you're the latter: beep boop, buy stuff.
