Matek CRSF-PWM-V10: Because Your Fixed-Wing Deserves Better
So, you’ve finally upgraded to ExpressLRS or Crossfire, but your plane is still living in the stone age with PWM servos? Don't worry, we aren't judging (much). Whether you're building a glider that needs to sniff out thermals or a long-range wing that needs more channels than a premium cable sub, Matek has built this just for you. It’s a converter, it’s a variometer, and it’s probably smarter than your last flight controller.
Why You Want It
The CRSF-PWM-V10 isn't just a bridge; it’s a full-blown upgrade for your RC link. You get 10 PWM outputs—yes, ten—meaning you can finally map every single control surface and maybe a disco ball if you’re feeling fancy. Plus, with the built-in variometer, your transmitter will actually tell you when you’re climbing, instead of you just guessing based on how small the sheep look in your goggles. It's Matek, so it won't spontaneously combust the moment you plug it in. We hope.
Specs
- Protocol Support: CRSF only (If you're still on PPM, please see a specialist).
- Frequency Compatibility: 433MHz, 868MHz, 915MHz, 2.4GHz (Basically all of them).
- PWM Outputs: 10x Channels (For people with too many servos).
- PWM Frequency: 50Hz to 400Hz (Configurable for those high-speed digital servos you definitely didn't overpay for).
- UARTs: 2x for Receiver and GPS (Yes, it talks to satellites).
- Telemetry: RxBt, Curr, Capa, Bat%, GPS, GSpd, Hdg, Alt, Sats, Vspd, Baro Alt (More data than your fitness tracker).
- Voltage Sense: 36V Max (1K:10K divider built-in).
- Integrated 5V LDO: 300mA for GPS and Receiver (Don't try to power a kettle with it).
- Weight: 1.8g (Lighter than a single gummy bear).
- Dimensions: 38mm x 16mm (Fits in that tiny gap you forgot to leave).
In the Box
- 1x MATEK CRSF-PWM-V10 Converter
- Dupont 2.54 pins (Soldering required, keep the fire away from your fingers)
Compatibility
Works flawlessly with any CRSF protocol receiver, including TBS Crossfire and ExpressLRS. Requires EdgeTX 2.7.1/OpenTX 2.3.15 or ExpressLRS 2.5 and above for the full telemetry experience.
Highlights
- High-Precision Variometer: It knows if you're going up or down. Usually.
- 10 PWM Channels: Because 4 is for amateurs and 8 is just not enough.
- GPS Ready: Plug in a GPS and stop getting lost in the clouds.
- Firmware Upgradeable: Because nobody gets it perfect the first time.
Notes
Crucial Warning: There is NO built-in regulator for servos. You must power your servos via the BEC pad from an external 5-9V source. If you plug a 4S lipo straight into your servos, you will have a very brief and very expensive fireworks display.

Still Here?
If you've read this far, you're either a spec-nerd or you're actually going to buy this. Stop over-analysing the PWM frequencies and just add it to your basket. Your long-range ELRS fixed-wing build is crying out for this level of integration. Get it bought, get it soldered, and go find some lift. #Matek #ELRS #Crossfire #FixedWing #FPVUK
