This is the new and improved Runcam Swift 2. Didn't think the Swift could improve? Well, think again again with the Runcam Swift 2. So what's the main difference? Runcam have now added an OSD with a voltage monitor and a timer. You can therefore see the battery voltage on your screen at all times so you now exactly when you need to land. You also have a small timer on screen just for that extra sense of how long you have been flying. On top of this, Runcam have fixed all those little niggles that people had with the Swift to make the near-perfect FPV camera.
You also now have a choice between three lens/FOV: 2.1, 2.3 or 2.5 (165,150 or 130 degree respectively). Note that we only sell the Swift 2 in orange - the better to see it.
The RunCam Swift 2 is an lightweight 600TVL FPV camera based on a Sony CCD sensor. Optimised for FPV pilots with custom auto exposure algorithms with super low latency, the RunCam Swift 2 will always keep a clear picture. This means the ground never getting too dark and the sky does not become over exposed. Furthermore, the Swift 2 is available with an IR sensitive filter allowing you to fly in darker situations such as dusk or dawn.
At the heart of the swift, there is a 600TVL 1/3 SONY Super HAD II CCD image sensor, famous among FPV pilot. The input power ranges from 5-36V and you have a choice of three lens sizes.
