This is the ultra-light XM+ receiver from FrSky – all you get from the XM receiver, plus approximately another 400m of range! This is a full range receiver and so is in the same class as the X8R, X4R etc. receivers but at only 1g – what’s not to like?
Note: this receiver comes with ACCESS firmware installed.

It didn’t work out well for me. My quad just kept failsafing with it. I’m not sure if this receiver is to blame or my x7.
Frsky is doing some very dodgy stuff and they need to sort out their firmware. I had to reflash it with ACCST firmware and it is a pain, as the board has to be desoldered and then hooked up to your radios smart port to update it.
In my opinion, crossfire is just so much more convenient in terms of firmware and is a lot more reliable, however it isn’t cheap.
