Please note that this is the same EV800D unit sold under the Eachine brand.  Ours are unbranded as we source them from the same manufacturer, but as we are a smaller company we cannot meet the unit quantity minimum to put our own logo onto this unit at the moment.  So if yours arrives unbranded, do not worry this is not the cheaper clone that doesn’t have a true diversity receiver built in. This unit also comes with USA style plugs, so be sure to add a UK/EU adapter to your order if you don’t already have one.

What do you get when you cross an FPV monitor with some FPV goggles? You get Moggles! This is the EV800D FPV Two-in-One Monitor/Googles now include a built in Diversity receiver along with an integrated DVR. If you are an avid FPV racer but can’t quite decide whether to go for a monitor or a pair of goggles, then you no longer have to make that decision – just get our EV800D Moggles! You can simply un-clip the 5 inch 800×480 HD LCD from the rest of the goggle body to have yourself a separate monitor with a sunscreen. These goggles also come with a built-in battery for ease of use and they come with an advanced auto-searching function that finds the correct video transmission for you.

  1. Hector Piercey

Upgraded from Eachine VR700 goggles. What a difference, Comfort, and extra features. Only gave it 4 stars because it doesn’t have an adjustable focus for those who wear reading glasses. Otherwise I’m most impressed.

  2. cleggrohan (verified owner)

Great goggles for newbies like me. The image looks decent, It has a DVR in it so you can record onto a Micro SD Card.

Seriously, if you don’t have a lot of money to spend, these are the goggles for you!

It would have been nice for the goggles to have USB C charging, but the power brick works well.

  3. scottjinks.sj (verified owner)

    Ev800D goggles.
Hey Hey so you are thinking I need goggles for FPV but are not too sure if you want to spend hundreds or bare minimum cash £££££.
Well what can I say, this is based on pure price versus what it does on the day, these goggles are my second pair based on my other set Emax 5.8D that comes with the tinyhawk kits.
Ok so the picture is a solid screen with a lens inbetween which is maybe the only downside to this goggle, as I have had to 3d print a spacer (search EV800D spacer mod) to get a decent focus as compared to my previous goggle there is zero adjustment focus.
The EV800D came with two antennas of reasonable quality and when I used the EV800D it was very easy to tune the video to the tiny hawk 2 freestyle quad.
A bonus is that it is true diversity and also has DVR ( record function ) that supports a upto 32gb micro sd card and this is enabled by simply pressing the record button and a red dot on the display screen will appear so you know it is in fact recording.
So it fits ok on your head via a head strap and the only downside is the nose fitting has zero foam so you do get some light leak but after flying I kinda forgot about that and it was not a issue in the displays brightness.

Ok so these Goggles are when I bought them £87 pounds ish and let’s be honest,, lasts about 2 hours battery, has DVR function,
And has true diversity although not high performance as better expensive models.
So for the price and also for any person wanting something that works to record and learn to FPV then are perfect for price to quality that is received for anyone wanting to get flying.
Also Unmanned Tech delivery was fast, a extra bonus to using there store for your FPV needs.
