If you are looking for a quadcopter frame that is incredibly quick and easy to build, but can also take a beating the DoomedFPV V2 is a frame you should consider.
This UK designed frame by DoomedFPV is cut by UnmannedTech and is built to handle even the worst FPV pilots.

DoomedFPV: I have been working on this project now for over two years. Learning from my mistakes, crashes, failed designs getting me to this final design. It’s been a learning experience, fun but also challenging at the same time. She has been crash tested into trees, the ground, side of cliffs and even into a steal bin in a dark wet cave. She is not indestructible but whatever she hits its doomed as the DoomedFPV v2 just brushes off the rock dust and carries on flying. I hope you all get as much enjoyment out of the build and flying DoomedFPV v2 as I have.

This has to be the easiest frame I’ve put together. You can tell it’s been well thought out by someone who makes and flies drones themselves. In fact, there are multiple options in how you can put this quad together. I like the nice touches like 20mm or 30mm standoffs, bottom or top mounted battery, different 3D printed options for the rear, space at the front of the bottom plate for the camera to fit through.
First flight today was a huge success. I put stock betaflight 4 on a Holybro Kakute F7 stack with some EMAX 2207 lite spec motors I had lying around and it flew beautifully.

The only criticism and I feel like I’m nitpicking here is that the 3D printed items are a bit off. The camera mount at the front is slightly off so that the camera picks up a portion of the left hand motor. The rear VTX antenna mount was very thin and broke on the first landing. However these are not show stoppers. In fact I’ve had far worse with branded frames.

Great to see a UK made frame as well. Well done Alex and Jason for getting this frame out there.

Super strong and what a look!! perfect in any way. Highly recommended

  3. christopher (verified owner)

Well thought out frame with plenty of mounting options, full height or slammed, everything you need is in the kit.
Super strong unibody frame which has withstood a few crashes without any damage.

    Highly recommend
