Credit Card Payment Failed
If you are trying to pay for your order with a credit/debit card and it is not working, here are a few things to try. A common reason for a payment failure is that the transaction has failed some security/fraud checks.
If the payment fails, make sure your billing address matches the address on your card/bank statement exactly as this is the cause for around 90% of failed transactions.
If that still does not work, then the other thing to try is to make the payment via PayPal. You don't need to create a PayPal account to use your card. To do this, simply select PayPal as the payment method during checkout and, once on the paypal screen, select the second option (don't have a PayPal account) as shown below.
You don't need to create a PayPal account as you can now just enter your card details to complete the payment. If this still does not work, please contact your bank to find out why the payment is failing. Otherwise, please send us an email to arrange payment via bank transfer.
