Please note that we do not offer any technical support over the phone so its best to send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  We are a small company with only 2 of us working full time (Alex+Sam) and between ordering stock, adding products, marketing, and customer support emails we dont have much spare time to answer the phone in the middle of tasks, so we find it faster to use email so we can answer customers that way.  On average we answer all emails within 1 business day.
