Yes, I want to be notified when this product is back in stock

Let’s face it, you are browsing our site, find the shiny new product you want and to your amazement, its actually in stock! You are not supposed to be shipping so you quickly get back to work. Then when you get a spare moment to check back to place the order but shed a small tear as someone else has purchased the last one.

Although we try hard to ensure everything is in stock (sometimes it might not seem like this), but as a backup we introduced a back in stock notification system on our site.

The Problem

The main problem was that more often than not you would not get a stock notification email. Sometimes the email notification system just wouldn’t work, and you would have to check the website to see if the stock you were waiting for had been released. Sometimes it would not even let you sign up under certain conditions, and even throw a nonce error to some customers amusement (its a PHP thing).

Back In Stock Notifier is a great way to be notified the second a product you’re interested in is back in stock. Instead of constantly checking the website for updates, you can set up an email notification and let the program do the work for you.

This time it works a bit better, and also lets you manage all of your stock alerts from your account dashboard.

No More Missing Out on Restocks

Overall our new system just works much better, and more importantly is more reliable and uses a transnational mail service that we moved to a few month ago which has much better deliverability than before. Its a small quality of life improvement but its one step closer to us building out a better website.
